When UK-based game developer Ninja Theory announced that they would be releasing a reboot of the Devil May Cry series, fans were very skeptical. With good reason, too. Their beloved action hero being reimagined was a hard pill to swallow. With the removal of his iconic white hair, new punk garbs, and his age set back a few years, Dante’s redesign sparked anger and multiple arguments across the internet, with fans wondering why they would change something that was already a great thing.
I’ve played about 7 levels of the new Devil May Cry game, and while I can’t exactly write a review yet, I can say that it does not deserve the backlash that it is receiving from fans. I’ve played all of the previous Devil May Cry games and loved 3
Hey guys for the next hour and a half I’ll be livestreaming Counterstrike: GO. Check it out if you have the time! :D
Edit: I played for about half an hour and it was very laggy on the game, and the stream. My bandwidth is not going to let me play this game for you guys apparently. In the apartment we’re moving into, we will have a much better router, so hopefully I’ll be able to do these more often. Sorry to disappoint. Love you guys! Thanks for following, and I’ll post videos hopefully.
That’s right. Square-Enix has put up a teaser for a new game. Though it’s not a trailer at all. It’s a countdown. For fans of the critically acclaimed DS game “The World Ends With You” you know all too well about countdowns. And the font and music on the page hints at some very good news for you. http://www.square-enix.co.jp/subaseka/
Let me begin by saying this: I’m a large fan of the original Darksiders and the Darksiders universe in general. The tale of apocalyptic horsemen, corrupt beings that control the universe, and the many realms that house angels and demons alike is done so well and presented to you in such a beautiful breathtaking fashion that you can’t help but fall in love with it. I spent a long time exploring the desolated Earth as War in the first game, and even nabbed the platinum just to add more challenge to the game. I was so excited when I saw the ending, (SPOILERS) where War had summoned the other horsemen to his aid. I had been waiting anxiously to play as a new horseman, and while Vigil games didn’t disappoint in creating an entertaining new installment- There’s still a lot that was wrong with Darksiders II.
Hey everyone, I wanted to post something today to let you guys know that I am still alive and working on this blog. I have been extremely busy as of late though working full time, and just hit my 7 day vacation. The reason I’m on vacation is because I am going to be moving into a new apartment with two of my close friends, and needed some time to get everything moved out and into my new place, which is closer to work and not as hectic as my household.
I picked up Darksiders II at the midnight release and haven’t gotten much time to play it. Now that my apartment stuff is taken care of, tonight I’ll be buckling down and really playing the shit out of this game. It’s more than double the length of the first game and being the side-quest whore I am, I’ll be doing as many of those as possible.
Also, with the new place comes a combination of games! Our apartment houses 4 tvs, 3 Playstation 3’s, A PS2, A Wii, An Xbox 360, A 3DS and DS, and 3 Gaming PCs. Thank God the electric bill isn’t under my name.
I will be live streaming Counter Strike: Global Offensive later this month upon release at random times. I have new software to do so, and hopefully I’ll be able to set it up on my twitch.tv account.
Darksiders II review is coming soon. Look out for it, and thanks for reading!
Darksiders II is coming out in exactly one week, and I could not be more excited. It was my most anticipated game of this summer, just above [Prototype]2 and more and more footage, news, and screenshots are coming out every day. This sequel is doing a very good job ensuring it doesn’t go under the radar, and giving you many ways to prepare before Death saddles up next week.
1) PLAY DARKSIDERS I

This game is incredible. One of the 6 Platinum trophies I felt inclined to earn, Darksiders is a game that deserves your attention. It is currently 16 dollars at Gamestop, and worth every penny. ESPECIALLY if you’re going to be picking up Darksiders II in a week. The guys down at Vigil studios want you to play this game so badly that they are offering up “Legendary” armor in Darksiders II to anyone who has the trophy/achievement data for this game. To make it more interesting, if you beat the game on any difficulty and have the trophy/achievement for it, you get an exclusive legendary scythe right when you start! This is a very smart move on Vigil’s part; gaining new fans of the game, while rewarding the veterans of War’s story.
